All course enrollments at VVS IAS Academy are confirmed once the payment is successfully made. Students are advised to carefully review course details, fees, and eligibility before making payment.
As our services include educational training, digital content, and academic materials, once payment is made and access to classes or materials is granted, fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including:
Change of mind or personal reasons.
Discontinuation or absence from classes.
Unsatisfactory performance in exams.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
Duplicate payment due to technical error.
Transaction failure where payment was deducted but services were not delivered.
In such cases, students must notify us via email within 7 working days with valid proof of payment.
Once login credentials or digital course material links are shared, no refund or cancellation will be entertained, as access to proprietary educational content is considered service delivery.
Requests for course transfer or batch changes will be accepted only at the discretion of the academy management and may involve additional administrative charges.
Approved refunds (in exceptional cases) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment, after verification.
